I am Kira Royal, the founder of this special place. With the Royal Empire, I have fulfilled a long-held dream: to create a studio that meets the highest standards – for my highly esteemed guests as well as for the extraordinary ladies who reside here.
Anyone who knows me knows that I leave nothing to chance. It was clear to me: If BDSM is to take place at the highest level, it needs a setting that is just as sophisticated. BDSM is not a cheap passion – and therefore the quality should be uncompromising.
The Royal Empire stands for style, exclusivity and an ambience that captivates you as soon as you enter. For me, the experience doesn't just begin in the playroom, but as soon as you enter the studio, in every detail, in every room.

Where passion meets steel
Here it smells of leather, metal and provocation.
Rough concrete, cold steel and solid leather characterize the ambience.
Large-scale graffiti art, targeted light and industrial design create a backdrop that makes intensity palpable.
Whether cage, dungeon, clinic, bondage bed or gynecological chair – classic BDSM is celebrated here in its purest form.
No staging, no glamour – just style, strength and absolute devotion.
1st FLOOR - ROYAL SUITES
A retreat for peace and privacy
Exclusive suites are being created on the first floor for couples and tenants looking for peace, discretion and the highest level of comfort.
Each suite has its own bathroom and elegant interior – a retreat for special encounters and discerning guests.
The final design is still in the works, but one thing is clear: this floor will be pure elegance.
